Wiring my H22A with Summit RPM activated switch and Autometer mini-shift lite. Need to know which wire in distributor is for RPM signal. Posted a topic earlier relating to this subject of wiring up the shift lite, but everyone got the impression that i had the same wiring as the fourth gen prelude, well i dont have the "RPM tach test wire" as i was refered to. So i need the helms manual lookup for this particular wire color and location inisde the dist., thx in adv.

If there's a blue colored wire in there, it's deff. that one

If not, I've got no clue.

 

I just finished wiring up my tach and shift light last nite, there are a bunch of places to tap in, i have a 4th gen 94 vtec, and i just went under the dash and unplugged the cruise control module plug (its a big silver box under the drivers side dash) there is a blue wire that goes in there, that you RPM signal wire, and i didn't want to tap in there, so i got out my meter and tested some of the other blue wires that i tried to follow from the cruise unit, and i found on thats one of the first plugs that goes into the under dash fuse box, its def a BLUE wire. hope this helpped good luck.
