Default Oil return ..almost done take a look

The install is almost done the only thing i have left is my oil return. I have all earls fittings. Is there a method everyone is using to cutt the stainless line and put the fitting on. Ive been tryin to do it but i end up freying (sp?) the metal. I also tried lubing it up, but no dice.
Another thing my oil filter will not come off lol. im seirous i feel retarded asking but is there an alternative method other then oil wrenches that i can use. My cars oil was changed last at the Dealership. So i dont know if they had someone put it on with an impact gun or something but damn that **** wont come off

Ah yes, the dreaded fray!

Use duct tape, wrap it about three times very tightly where you are going to cut...

Use either a cut off wheel on your air die grider or a dremel tool with the tiny cut off wheels...

Once cut, unwrap the duct tape so you leave one layer left, sometimes you can get away with completely taking the tap off, sometimes it just flares out on you, so leave on layer on...

Put the fitting in a vise upside down...

Put the hose in(you may have a few strands poking out, take a small screwdriver and poke them back in) Push the hose in, turning as you push on it...push and turn until it bottoms out.

loosen vice,

flip it back up right in the vice...

lube it and take the other end of the fitting and screw it in while pushing up on the hose so it doens't get pushed out...

whoala...

As far as the oil filter,, take a big long screwdriver and a big hammer and pound it through the side of the oil filter and right out the other side and then turn..works like a charm...a bit messy, but works...
Hope that helps ya!

If the line is fraying then try wrapping it in electrical tape or masking tape at the end and then cut it. That should help a little bit.
