ANyone knwo what the compression #'s r suppose to be on an built h23?

Default ANyone knwo what the compression #'s r suppose to be on an built h23?
This is on an h23 with GE sleeves, stock bore JE 9:1. Im getting 2 answers 160 and 180. Which is it?

am getting 235psi to each but am running 10.2:1 comp
