What kinda gains...

are people seeing with just a/f tuning sotck or with bolt ons...I"m going to the dyno next week and want some benchmarks...

gains matter on what type of bolt ons....yes you will see gains, mostly midrange power, and you *should* have a much nicer curve. good luck

Thats basically it, smoothing out the midrange is really the only thing you can do wiht a/f tuning on a stock car. VTEC control helps with that a lot.

if it's near stock, put the vtec at 5200 and raise the fuel a few %
you'll easily see 5-7hp in the middle

Bolt-ons with VAFC and FPR used for fuel tuning. Cam gears were also used.
