reving at 7800 will it slow me down than reving at 8500 and will the mph be different

have a b18c5 and the highiest mph is was 92mph there is something wrong.

what kinda tranny. motor aint got nothing to do with it.

If you're asking what I think you're asking...are you not shifting into 5th gear? That's the only thing I can think of...
