i found a site if this ecu p28. yall should know what it is. i have a 95 civic coupe ex. will this thing freak up my moter i mean i just have a stock civic. with intake and exhaust of course. but the moter it's self is stock. will it work cause i mean 8500rpm is just to high. here the site

Thats just an "ecu chip" not the whole ecu.
Its not worth having if u dont have an upgraded valvetrain.
