Bogging real bad??
It was doing this a few weeks ago i put in some bosch platinum 4s and it seemed to fix it. A week later it began bogging again. I took it to the shop checked the timing and **** everything seemed cool. Then i put some NGKs in it and it ran cool for a few weeks and now its bogging again.... The plugs look fine....
It only bogs after the car has warmed up, and while under load.
I have no idea fellahs imma change hte cap rotor and wires. As i have not since i swapped in the motor.

Probably your cap/rotor. Change that. I'm going through the same thing. I can feel it sometimes that I'm running on 3 cylinders rather than 4. So something is going to go soon. I just change the cap/rotor, so I think as for me, I need to change the plugs, and wires. For you, I would say cap/rotor will do the trick.
BTW, I have a sound somewhat like a grind coming from the cap. Anyone have any idea what it MIGHT be? I just changed the cap/rotor but it's still doing it...Maybe plugs/wires?

The deal is why would the car being doing this after it warms up. ANd its cool as soon at it hits 6000k when the secondary butterflies open. When i replace hte plugs this seems to correct hte issue for a few weeks.
did you upgrade your fuel pump? if you didn't , i would suggest changing it.
also check your fuel filter, clean your injectors and change your cap and rotor. see if that helps any.

No i did not upgrade fuel pump. Injectors were removed and balanced and blue printed. The local shop owes me an hour of time so imma have htem look at it tomrrrow to see exactly where i needa spend the money
I have the same problem with my 2001 ITR. Someone told me the noise being heard from the cap is the distributor and it is getting wound up. They said to fix that I would need to replace the housing. I am thinking it is my fuel pump because I already replaced the cap, rotor, wires, ignitor and coil. The only thing left to change is the fuel pump, plugs and distributor housing. I need some help too if anyone knows anything more.

That makes sense because once I was 1/2 qt low and I filled it up, but then about 5 miles down the road it started bogging real bad at low rpms under normal driving. Most all people I talk to say its the distributor.

O2 sensors bieng dirty or old can cause a car to bog as well, if I am not mistaken. I have had to replace 2 distributers, one on my 92 VX and one on my 91 integra, both of them had a bearing going bad inside of them causing a terrible noise that started as a slight noise. I am not sure of the actual part because I have never fully taken a dizzy apart plus it was like 6 years ago. Could also be your rotor, screw can back out and cause the rotor to spin freely.
