Default Dist. Cap.

how often should you change this ? every time you chage your spark plug wires or do you just use the old one ?

30k seems kind of short. Everytime you do a tune up (plugs, wires, cap, rotor, etc...) you should do it. I'd say every 60k....

I got my plugs, wires, cap, and rotor all replaced at 105k under the emissions recall they had for '97 models. Replaced the plugs once or twice before too.
