Default B-series mount kits.. which one?

I'm getting a 91 DX hatch soon, and I'm putting a B16A swap in it. I'm wondering what mount kit is the best. I know there are quite a few to choose from, but I want to know of any pros and cons to the different brands. A lot of people tell me to go with Hasport, but I don't know. Give me your opinions. What are you guys using?

Who was the Ebay seller you got em from?

Torrey i think Hasport is good. Also HCP is somethin i have seen many go with. I got some from user HALO on here. His name is ben you can send him a message if youd like. Im sure others are selling as well but i give him a thumbs up on service

Personally I was a die hard HASport fan before, but the shop I deal with talked me into Todem on my last swap. There a HASport like kit but there steel not aluminum (extra weight I know) cost less, and have a life time warranty. You cant really argue that. The motor sits perfect and I havent had any issues yet.

Thanks for the input Ben. I've heard a lot of good things about HASport, but they're pricey from what I've seen. I'm trying to make this car a low-budget project, cause I spent way more than I wanted to on the Integra.

Does this manufacturer have shift linkages and a/c brackets? I know HASport does.

I am using place racing mounts for my swap, but i haven't gotten my motor yet so i can't say personally how they are! My cousin has used HASport mounts for 2 b16 crx swaps, and he loves em!

Man I love creature comforts.. I'm spoiled. Besides, I'll make up for the lost horsepower elsewhere.

Anyone else using these an-r mounts? I checked out the site and everything seems good. I'm probably gonna order these this week unless I get some info that changes my mind.

What would be stronger, CNC machined steel or CNC machined aluminum? Consider the comparisons regardless of weight.

I've got HAsport knock offs for two reasons.
1) I'm poor.
2) They seem to do the same things as the real ones..

If I wasn't poor, I'd probably have HAsports though. I've never heard anything bad about them, but I've heard a few negative comments about the Place Racing ones.. I'm quite happy with the mounts I have though.. Everything sits perfect and has for a long time. I could do without the shaking from the hard poly though.

I've never heard of those. I'm leaning toward the an-r mounts right now. Any more comments guys?

turbohf - Have you used the an-r mounts before? Or know someone who has?
