Im replacing my clutch this week and i wanted to know the very best tranny fluid to use? http://www.crxsi.com said engine oil is to be used!!!? WTF?

yup...10w30 motor oil or Honda MTF is what i used...

2 quarts...

tons of people will disagree with you on this
I used Mobil 1 10w30
NEVER use fully synthetic oil in a manual transmission. they need a little friction, which conventional oil provides. I, personally, use Pennzoil 10w30, but i'm thinking of trying some new things (NEO products, possibly?)

MTF is great stuff, its basically 10-30 with some type of gear friction additive

Honda MTF all the way. it costs a little more than normal oil, but your tranny will thank you.

My brother used 10w-30 on his Si tranny after his ZC swap, and it started grinding. I replaced it with Honda MTF, and it hasn't made a sound yet.
Honda MTF all the way.
