we recently repalced my friends b16 manifold with a ITR intake manifold. the car starts fine and idles fine, however, once the car is warm the car wont rev and bogs out when you gas it. Also he car only reads about 10 psi of vaccum. I know a leak would cause a bad idle but would it not let the car rev? could it be the TB gasket also?

Any help would be awesome.
