Default Some 1/4 mile passes...is this a norm?

I have a Del Sol Si w/ a b16a and my best time ever is posted on my signature. I recently replaced my clutch and axles due to wear with the stock replacements. Well, the clutch disc is an exedy, but none of these parts are performance, just stock replacements. I want to try to break a 14 in with this otherwise stock b16aII.
Here's how it went:

1st run- o.k.
60ft: 2.470
1/8 e: 10.173
1/8m: 76.24
1/4 e: 15.543
1/4m: 93.18

2nd run- missed 2nd
60ft: 2.455
1/8 e: 12.044
1/8m: 61.38
1/4 e: 18.880
1/4m: 69.22

3rd run- i've done better
60ft: 2.314
1/8 e: 9.999
1/8m: 76.10
1/4 e: 15.376
1/4m: 93.18

4th run- first surprise of the night
60ft: 2.317
1/8 e: 9.747
1/8m: 77.54
1/4 e: 15.092
1/4m: 93.95

5th run- my dad was driving
60ft: 2.333
1/8 e: 9.853
1/8m: 76.41
1/4 e: 15.332
1/4m: 91.06

6th run- after long rest and very low engine temp
60ft: 2.425
1/8 e: 9.705
1/8m: 78.68
1/4 e: 15.035
1/4m: 94.15

Most were good, but as you can see they fluctiate. It seems hard to run it consistant. And I also find it funny that I ran a 15.0 with a 2.4 60ft and a 15.2 with a 2.2 60 foot...can you say high end horsepower? I was just wondering if this was fast for a mostly stock b16aII? Like I said, I want to break a 14 with this setup. Is it possible? Do I drive good? I just want to know...

laters guys/gals

Most people would say that a hatch w/b16 is faster than a sol w/b16
I just always here negativity about del sols because of there weight, but It doesn't seem to matter. Oh yeah, I live in San Antonio, and I believe it's relatively at low sea level for thoses of you who have a concern.

Well weight is a very big factor. Is yours a Si or S Del Sol? Your about where you should be for a stock b16 in a Del Sol though.

Weight always matters. A 2400lb car will cross the line after a 2100lb car with the same motor.

its defiantly a mid-high 14 second car. but your 60' foot time need improvement.

if you're able to 15.0 with 2.4 (60') then 14.5 or lower with a 1.8-2.1 is not out of the question. play with tire pressures and your launching technique.

True...I take back my statement about weight not mattering. Respectively saying that an 87 CRX with a first gen can drop a 13s while a 90 integra with the same motor only 15s (generally speaking). But I guess I'm just surprised with the times. When I first swaped, I was only expecting a mid 15 sec pass, but it's practiacally a 15 flat and that to me is impressive.

I did drop the tire pressure to 25psi, but I guess 15psi is ok, or is it? and my launches weren't very consistent. I had some with tire spin with the 2.4 and 2.2 (a while back) was with very little tires spin, but both were at totally different rpms. I know that 60ft affects mph at the end, but when I got tire spin, it lunged when it finally caught and that seems to be the reason for the lower time at the end.
