Default Rack and pinion or Tie Rod?

My EJ is not performing suspension wise, the way that it used to.
I turn the wheel and it seems as though the responsiveness it use to have has diminished. I have had an alignment done2 weeks ago.

Is there any way to determine if the rack and pinion is going or has gone or if it is the tie rod?

I have a full threaded coilover kit.
Camber kit
Neuspeed front upper tie bar

Mind you, the car was fine at one point, however, it has gone bad over the last 4 months. I have 195k miles on the body of the car.
Any suggesstions?

I have an Ek with 132K on the body also. I am having some problems with the suspension dept. also. My car feels very loose when it's moving. I have an manual rack and pinion<------- could that be the problem?

Thanks

I swapped in some brand new tie rods and it cleared up a lot of the wobbliness, it is much smoother on the highway. However, the responsiveness to the wheel has not returned. I can feel the wheels responding to the steering wheel, however, the body, especially, the rear end seems to be slow to keep up.

I have the same suspension upgrades on my car as I did one year ago. Last year, I could steer aggressively and no matter what, there was no lag in response time, now it seems like I am driving an old domestic vehicle.

I will next be replacing bushings throughout the suspension components.

2 questions :
- Should I replace all bushings w/ factory or aftermarket bushings
- Could anything else be causing this poor responsiveness in the chasis
