Hey, I just PMed and emailed you about the exhaust. I might need it when I'm done with my turbo set-up. So check your e-mail mang.

Hey. If you don't need stainless and you don't mind spending a little money, I would go with the HKS. It's a real nice exhaust; quiet and looks pretty stock. Also, your friend might have meant Greddy SP? Just a thought. Good luck

What's wrong with the one you have on there now? Sure, it's Tenzo, but it looks decent and it's not falling off or anything. What's the reason for the upgrade?
I know it's not one of the most well-respected brands or anything, but I don't think that going with Greddy or Thermal will give you that much of an advantage.
Is the piping on the Tenzo super small? Does it sound like ***? What da dilly, yo?

i need a new catalytic con. and i have all stock piping also
If the piping on the axle-back you have is big enough, say 2 1/4", then you could always have new piping mandrel bent and hook it all up to a fresh cat.
Otherwise, you could get a whole new custom setup - Magnaflow 4x9 muffler, custom 2 1/4" or 2 1/2" piping, get a resonator in there, and throw in a new cat.
If you're determined to go with a pre-made setup, Thermal is one of the best choices since it is full stainless steel - *EDIT* it's not that expensive either, compared with some of the other brands mentioned. I've seen it for as low as $460, about the same as the Greddy MX.
The Skunk2 is very nice, although VERY pricey from what I've seen - usually around $550, unless someone has a good price somewhere.
Greddy's always good, but get the MX and not the SP - the piping is a bit bigger and the MX has a nicer tip (IMO). You should be able to find it for $460 - Hondadriven on this board was selling them for around that a while ago.

Most of the CR-X owners i know like the thermal. i see you live in MD... i have a Thermal cat back in stock for the 91 Si it is only $499 + tax. call the # in the sig...
If I were to go on sound quality I'd pick the Greddy. Ive heard several Tanabe exhausts and none have impressed me. Ive had my Greddy since 98 and its still in excellent condition. If I didnt live in a snowy area I would of went with the HKS. My .02
I just got a great deal on a 2.5" mandrel catback from Kteller8 on this board, there is currently a group buy going on them so now's your chance.
OK thanks Hatchii!!!

i really would like an exhaust like the sp, mx, or hks, just not sure which one yet... i like the look of the axel back part of the muffler, not the striaght tip like the guy with the blakc htach...
