does your tranny NON LSD differential have the SHAFT, PINION running accross.. because according to honda parts discription it doesn't for 94+ but I have a H22a w/block number 12(dec) of 1991 yes 1991 h22a? I think it uses the 3rd gen preldue differntial because those have a SHAFT, PINION. Reason why is because my motor came with a electric gear speed sensor unit for the vehicle speed sensor that is plastic and black.. and I bid on Vehicle Speed Sensor off a JDM h22a on ebay and it has the VSS setup that I need (which runs the power steering lines into it) But the gears teeth don't match up. What GIVES! The ebay purchased VSS has the same gear as my old 88 prelude si VSS, and the gear teeth are of closer ratio on my h22a tranny? Is the JDM tranny different or did I get an odd ball h22?

 

It's weird, we were doing a couple of H22a1 motor swaps and we found the size of the VSS gear to be different, which totally blew our minds, they were both non-LSD trannies.
