haha...what luck i have
so as many of you know i had the b18c1 in my 93 SI and yesterday(thursday) i swapped the engine into my 93 cx that i purchased on saturday of last week.
well today i put the SI back to stock and when i got home and walked into my room i seen i had mail from the DMV; i opened it up and its time to pay my registration fee...and of course you have to smog it, the funny part is that is says TEST CENTER ONLY at what better time could this have happened...anyway i thought i would share that with you guys at H-T
my tech question is what exactly do they look for at a TEST CENTER ONLY SMOG STATIOn

the test only center is the step between the smog ref and the mom and pop smog shop, they are a little more strict than the small smog shops but they dont break out the huge books and trace every vaccuum line like the smog ref, either swap the motor or find a test only with a guy who wants to make a quick couple hundred.
