How much it cost to ship one and legalize it to drive on the road?
Euro-R is Japan RHD drive version
Accord Type-R UK German has a LHD drive version.
but wouldn't it cost alot to insured one over?

Are those wheels in that pic the OEM wheels? I thought someone just put JDM Integra R wheels on it but I may be wrong.

those looks like jdm R wheels. euro R wheels have like 10 spokes but paired and looks like a fat 5 spoke. A white itr has those on this board. i could be wrong though
