S2000 DROP
I have 18" rims. I want to lower my car.
What drop should I go w/ to give the most tuck w/o scrubing, w/o having to replace struts or having bounce?
Front: 225/40/18
Rear: 255/35/18
Just so I don't get flamed for having 18s, they are VOLK GTNs.

Try a 1'inch drop with some Ground Control coilovers for the S2000....
or some Comptech springs...
or some KGMM springs....
or some Nuespeed springs...
or some Teins coilovers....
get the picture?

Besides, 18s are 18s, it does not matter if they're made by Niche or Volk. Oversized wheels will kill performance regardless of brand or weight.
right now i have Tanabe Sustec GF210 springs on my car now with the stock struts. the ride quality is great and its only a 1.5 inch drop i dont think rubbing will be much of a problem

Just remeber that depending on your rims and your tires and what you like to run as your aligment might have rubbing problems. That being said also remeber that if you drop the car more then 1 inch you will have preoblems getting the car back into the stock suspension settings.

I have a set of GF210's with 18" OZ no rub about 1.5" drop. Ride is much different from factory due to no linear springs. Oem comes with linear springs and most aftermarket springs are progressive. Hope that helps. Like I said no rubbing.
I got 18 also with neuspeed springs and i have no rubbing but i cambered my wheels to compensate. You can check pics if you like here.

what kind of camber kit did you go with?
I have been looking for one, however, I don't know of any companies making them for the s2000.
Also, is your car bouncy with the lowering spring and stock shocks? How does it handle compared to stock, please be honest.
