The skunk program works for both b16's and b18's. Talk to Kenji, he might have p28 with the skunk program, he will for sure have a harness. Kenji is also very easy to do business with, highly recommend talking to him. I recommend the ecu also, I was very pleased with its performance.

OBD1 D16Z computer can be converted to be used in an ITR.

skunk actually has two variants of their program. Both have a rev limit of 9000, but the newer of the two kicks in VTEC a bit earlier (5200 instead of 5600 I believe - but you may want to verify these numbers), which keeps the torque curve more linear.

I am currently testing one of those.
It appears to do a good job and the car feels pretty good.
However, one MAJOR problem I have is that it is open loop
meaning while cruising it doesnt correct the fuel mixture.
And in my situation where I am using 310 cc injectors at 75psi
i have JUST enough fuel for WOT, but when cruising and at
idle the car runs INCREDIBLY rich and fouls plugs quickly.
Gas mileage is decent but I am almost always on the gas as well.
Others may not find gas mileage to be as good.
