i have a 2000 civic hatch here with stock dx front lca with a jim fab traction bar mounted to the bolts like this:



i wanted to add a ctr sway bar and it also came with ctr lca's (b/c of the endlinks) but my jim fab traction bar will not mount to the lca anymore b/c those two bolts aren't on the ctr lca. do 99-00si's have the front bolts like the one in the picture? i need an lca with BOTH swaybar endlink and jim fab mounting bolts.


summary:

stock DX lca: jim fab mounts yes, sway endlink mount no
CTR lca: jim fab mounts no, sway endlink mount yes
Si lca: sway enlink mount yes, jim fab mounts?????

can someone please look under their 99-00 SI to see if the front side of your front LCA has those bolts? thanks in advance.

got it.. i think the 99-00 EX will have what i need:

 

here is the breakdown, the DX-EX models have 2 piece front LCA's so you can run an EX front sway bar setup. The EX sway bar is 22mm. The CTR/SI sway bar is 26mm but the front LCA's are 1 piece so therefore your jimfab setup won't work. It's up to you what you want to do. Later
