I just purchased a 97 HB, and I can't for the life of me figure out what color it is (it's at the dealers rite now). It's like a really really dark violet? He wrote it down as blue...but it looks more blackish...can someone help me? Thanks alot!

97?????? um...i got a 98 ameythiest purple and as far as i knew..they only came out in 98 and 00....its a cross between black and purple..but not like the dark violet purple the integra's come in....its a bit more purple...my boy Y2kgsr has a DVP teggie and when we park next to each other in the light...my car is way more purple....

 

As far as I know and remember, the 97 hatches came in Granada Black Pearl, silver, Roma Red, purple, and that pea green color. the 99-00 hatches had white as an option.

 

Yeah. The purple was replaced by the white in YM 2000 .

Why don't you just look in your driver's side door jam and look for the paint code? I'm assuming it should still be there unless the previous owner took it off. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. Open the drivers' side door and see what the paint code is and you'll know what color your car is. My code is NH-503P, which is Granada Black Pearl.
