vortech FMU install questions???
We have a civic hatch at our warehouse that came with the greddy kit but no fuel modifications. We picked up the missing link and fmu just to get it going. Anyways, how does the fmu hook up exactly. I know i have to t into the vacuum source where the factory fpr is hooked up for vacuum, but what fuel lines do i tap into. Any help would be much appreciated. thanks, kyle
the fuel lines hook into the bottom fuel return line of the fpr. like a inline pump is connected. careful not to hook it up backwards, it'll still work both ways but one way will make your idle pressure rocket. I had mine hooked up backwards and i didnt even know till I got a CEL saying my fuel was too rich, then I installed a fuel pressure guage and it was saying around 70psi at idle! then I figured it was backwards and it dropped back down to 35-40 psi
