Ok, heres the deal. My boy got a Trans Am. he ran 13.8 stock, and since then hes done exhaust, intakes, air/fuel ****, and other stuff that i dont know about. he cant grip on the track so hes still running 13's. even runs 14's cause he cant grip. We raced tonight, just to see what my car can do. Integra ls turbo is what i got, just put it on like 2 weeks ago. Now i wasnt expecting to beat him, but i figured i could of kept up a little better than i did. Now, its either he isnt really running 13's when he grips, or i just am not even running 14's with my car. what is the expected numbers for a Ls turbo???

 

No one can really tell you from your story. sorry bro, they'll need more info about your setup(boost, turbo size, fuel managment, etc).

 

whats your set up? and what is his?

im sure he took you off the line b/c those are tq monsters. you should of started to catch up as you when through the gears. im running a ls turbo and ive beat my friends trans am lots of times. i have a hatch though, your teg is a little heavier.

 

Take it to the track and compare your MPH.

you didn't even tell us how close you were etc.....

what did you race from...a roll or what? I'm assuming its a trans am ws6? Those ls1's are quick man...
