Yeah, if it went 100% out, it would fall off.

You got it right.

Ever notice how 90% of sunroof people drive around with the sunroof propped up just a little bit to let everyone know that they have a sunroof?

3/4 is where it should be.

After you asked them, is that the answer they gave you?

Yeah mine doesn't go all the way back, it's not supposed to. It would be better if it went back under the roof, but oh well. I'd rather not have a sunroof though because it allows for more body flex.

LoL I have seen that, and that's exactly what I thought to myself when I saw it, too. I have a 99-00, so my moonroof slides inside my roof, you can't tell it's open from anywhere but from above, and inside. Went to a junkyard and bought one of those 90 dollar moonroof visors for 10 bucks. Installed it in the parking lot of Wendy's. It accents the front so much. Btw one day my moonroof didn't open all the way, only about 3/4 like you said. This went on for about a week till finally I just went up there and looked, and there was a quarter on my rail. This is what I did to fix it:

Took it out. Worked fine ever since.
