Default car smokes on decel

I just recently rebuilt my b16, and it has started to smoke on deceleration. It mostly only smokes when theres no load on the motor and while rapidly slowing down. I rebuilt the motor with new rings and everything, and put the motor in, i was very easy on the motor breakin it in. And i still havent driven it really hard since its been broken in. The only thing i didnt replace was the valve stem seals. Could that be causeing the smoke?

Tea valve seals, not that this helps but I used to have bad valve seals on another motor, and I used the marvel mystery oil additive and I swear to god it worked, no more smoke. A lot of people dont like using this kinda stuff but that works well, I know it works for me, and it works for a lot of my freinds who had the same problem. I would suggest it.
