This is for a friend of mine. Here is the story, his grandfather died and his grandmother is selling the car. It is in emaculate shape, probably never driven over 50 mph (he was 88 when he died).
it is a 99' honda accord lx, air//p/l//p/w//auto//cassette//am/fm
with 14,700km's (approx 9000 miles)
mist(light gold)color with beige interior
He is interested in A. getting an idea of what to ask for the car and B. selling it.
I will get pics asap.
Please be reasonable with you est of $$, he doesn't know anything about Honda's and just wants to get a fair price for his grandmother.
Thanks a ton,
Beefy.

i bought my 99 lx sedan, with just under 15K miles around thanksgiving 2001 for about $15K from a certified honda dealership, it came with a certified warrenty, but the dealership did a crappy job inspecting it, and i found quite a few rear suspension problems when i had springs installed...
thats just to give you a ballpark figure

Normally that car would be worth ~ $9,500 to a private party. But because of the low miles, it is worth ~ $11,000. (these prices are for Illinois, I have no idea if Nova Scotia prices are higher or lower)
As with selling any car, have your friend give it an oil change and fill up with premium fuel (will make the car a little peppier due to the higher octane).
It's a nice car, it's what I have except that I have manual transmission, not automatic transmission.
