Default NEED HELP, probs with JDM header and B-pipe and lower tie

alright guys I need some quick fixes followed by long term solutions. I have a JDM header hooked up to a 2.5" Adrian Teo cat which hooks up to that pinched part on my B pipe...goes from like 2.5 to 1.90 which sucks bad and i noticed a pinhole leak between the two bolts on the bottom flange connecting the B pipe and cat..thats problem one. Problem two is that my Cusco front lower tie bar (which dips below the header) rubs the lower heat shield mounting bracket on the header when everything is cold and once and a while when its warmed up. I tried putting a crunched up square of aluminum between the bar and the header and it worked for awhile but it must've fell off while driving...what to do boys? short term and long term. thanks.

When did you get the Cusco? I had one on my civic, but had to remove it as the 3" exhaust was rubbing the hell out of it. You may just have to do w/o it!

Thanks,
