Default Can I clean my o2 sensor w/ gas

Im getting codes 41 & 43. I have checked everything i touched during the install, twice. Im thinkin my o2 is going bad and its causing both codes. A muscle head told me i could clean it w/ gas. Is this true.

oven cleaner will remove the carbon. It probably wont cause any damage to it.

a simple torch will work just fine. burns off the carbon. you can see it burning away. hold the o2 w/ a wrench of something so you dont burn yourself. it will get hot.
