What's a good, quiet, stock looking exhaust?
I'm looking for a good, quiet, stock looking exhaust system. Around 2.25 - 2.5 inch mandrel bent. Any recommendations?
Or, if possible, give me some combinations for a good custom exhaust system that is quiet and stock looking.

HKS is painted all black would be the most stock you can get with still good performance. Im pretty sure its 2.25" too. They are pricey like others have said. But still a great exhaust.

They sell the HKS exhaust for the crx. You have to call them, they dont advertise it on their site.

buy custom mandrel bent piping and an es oval muffler... sounds quiet and clean, and looks stock shape.. it is stainless steel, but you can spray it black if you want. i just bought mine from this guy... pretty good deal. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=380727 https://honda-tech.com/zerouser?cmd=...e&id=999301111 hope everything works out
I'm getting a hks this week for my hatch. I'm getting it from http://www.redshiftmotorsports.com
keep your stock exhuast. get some headers then run a cut out. quiet when you want it to be then powerful when you want. Ive just about got mine rigged up so that all i have to do is pull a cable, then bam open exhaust.

I have the HKS. The piping is 50mm(2") aluminized. Quality and sound are top notch. The ONLY CRX exhaust with twin tips (polished stainless, 60mm) Awesome choice.

Brought this thread back from the dead for a purpose. I just received a ticket for "modified exhaust". Currently, i have crush bent piping with a 5zigen fireball knockoff.
...now i'm looking to get a new exhaust, stock looking of course so i can avoid this problem in the future. My car looks stock aside from the lowered stance, so i might as well keep it "stock" looking.
Searched and found some threads, this one being the most informative. However, this thread is also 2 years old, and i'm sure that there's more products availible now (or is there?). So, i wanted an update.
any new reccomendations? looking for the performance, but with the stock look (or close to stock look. basically nothing that screams out to la policia).

looks good. i'd probably lean towards painting the tip flat black though. ****, or just remove the tip. can't afford another ticket at this point...
is there anything availible that looks like this? (but NOT the DIY version like this guy made).
