vibrating coming from front of my car
i just got my swap done a couple weeks ago and my car is not insured yet but i take it around the block now and then and there is a crazy vibrating coming from the front of the car...sounds more like the right front. it almost feels like a flat tire or my lugs are loose as hell...it shakes like crazy!!! its not the lugs or the tire...i was thinking it could be fix-a-flat b/c i put fix a flat in the tire when it wasn running so it ight be on one side of the tire but i dont think it could make it shake this much. i replaced the driversside axle b/c it was too long when i swapped car. you think it could be my passenger side axle? any advise would help.

check all your motor mounts , especially the rear one. hold on to the intake manifold and pull the engine towards you, u should deff tell if the rear mount is loose/off.
Are you sure that vibrating isn't the engine?
Seriously, its probably mounts unless you have something rubbing somewhere. Get a buddy to stand at the front of the car to watch the engine. You get in it and hold the e-brake as tight as you can get it. Put it in first and let the clutch out slowly while giving it gas, but not so much that the car moves. Then do the same with reverse. If the engine is moving pretty good, you have a bad mount.

sound like mine too!!! i ve check eveyrthing to see if there s any bolt is loose but none of them is loose.. so i just found out my hub is kinda loose i guess i need the new hub bearing... but i ve read the sport compact car magazine and they say we need the raxles axles .they are desgin to be fit into hub without remove the dust seal or something like that/.

i had the same experience with my car after ive done a swap... it sounded like it was from the rear mount, but it turned out it was my right mount. it was rattling with the frame. a washer/spacer was missing between it. i placed a washer there and that solved the problem. im not sure if this would be the same problem as yours but just check all your mounts. hope this helps

Repair the tire and get the Fix-A-Flat out of it, Then have the wheel balanced. That may not be your problem, But it is a real good possibility. It takes very little weight shift to make your wheel shake like crazy. Fix-A-Flat is designed to be driven to seal leaks and not to sit in one place. That whole can is coagulated it one small area. Be sure that you let your mechanic know that you used Fix-A-Flat in the tire because it is "FLAMMABLE" and releasing the bead can cause an explosion and really hurt the guy fixing it. Do that first and then look at other possibilities, It may save you a lot of time and headaches. Hope this helps!

Never stand in front of a car when giving it gas! Always stand on the side.
the motor doesnt budge at all!!! i can give it gas and wont budge...thats why all my interior rattles but im not worried about that...the whole front of the car shakes like crazy like it has a flat...its bad after i get on it and then let off the gas it shakes the worse. but even when i just crusin it shakes bad...i think the higher the speed the worse it is cause when im just in the driveway i dont even notice it.

so its a vibration of the car and not by noise..i noticed my headlight rattled a little bit and made an anooying sound..but i dont think this is your problem
broncoman...i am just getting other opinions...im working on borrowing a friends wheels...but i highly doubt fix a flat is causing this much shaking. im still taking ideas on what it can be

I have a driveline vibration in my car as well, I have the right raxles(Y1) axles for my car as well. Vibrates on acceleration a lot, cruising just slight vibration. Wheels are fully balanced.
I have place racing mounts and I keep going through axles about every 8 months, I think I want the Hasport mounts instead.
