Search is down,so hopefully someone knows where I can find this template.I bought this part used & the guy who sold it to me couldn't find it.
Knowing where to drill my holes on bumper would be much easier with the templates.
Thanks in advance,DAVE.

Wow,did it stay in place?
I need to find that also. I installed my rear kit without those two holes.
It stays in place with the two mount holes in the front and the rear onw that you drill into the bumper. It would be more secure with two more holes in the bottom but I lost my template too.
I installed the OEM kit on my LS and I don't believe there was a template.
I remember it coming with double sided sticky dots that I was to put over the hole on the rear piece. After placing the rear piece up against the bumper as if it were installed, the sticker stuck to the bumper in the place that I was going to be drilling. It was about 3 years ago but that's how I remember doing it at least. I don't recall any sort of template.

The bodyshop that did mine put two screws through it
I was pissed but you get over that kind of stuff after a few beers

Can't you line it up and mark with the holes are?
Use vaseline to make the marks if you are unable to get a pen/pencil to mark it.

There is a template so you can figure out were to drill the two holes for the bottom brackets.
Someone on H-T emailed me the template. I have it in my email. PM me w/ your email and I can forward the template to you...
Email it to me at hung8489@yahoo.com and I will host it.

A big thanks to stinkytofu. Hope these work. I assume the template is 1 to 1.
