DFW peeps, I need help with tranny and clutch install
Hey guys, I'm going to be taking out and replacing my tranny, and clutch this weekend and need some help. I'm pretty much mechanically inclined but, have never done this before. I want to know if anyone is the area can come and help me out on Saturday. There will be a free lunch given to this individual.
Also if you are interested in buying the S1 tranny I'm going to be taking out, I can give you a $50 discount on the price, making it $300.
Thanks.

I got a great deal on a 92 GSR cable tranny, and decided to go ahead and install this one, and sell my current one. Also I heard that you don't cruise at 5K rpms when going 80 in 5th gear with the GSR tranny which will be nice.
Other than that, I would keep my tranny. I'm having to buy a new disk for the GSR one.

id help but im already doing an engine swap this weekend.
I've never had a problem removing the axle nuts. I have a big *** rachet, and a metal 4' fence poll that I use. It works like a charm every time.

If nobody can help me, can anyone direct me to a website which has a good write up on how to do this. Any step-by-step sites out there???
