What do i need to do to the block for Greddy Turbo

I just got a greddy kit for my 95 gsr with 83000miles what should i do to the block so it dont blow up?
pistons? rods? ect...? Help me out! thanks

you should be fine. with proper tuning, stock internals can take ~7 pounds. anyone feel free to chime in if i'm wrong.
