honestly i wouldnt pay more than 2200 for it, why? the interior is destroyed with that red paint and other accesories, its primer, body kit is not my style. But good look selling it

around here, you could prolly get a decent price for that. so it needs paint, big deal, so do half the cars for sale in the trader.

ok since the body is perfect not even a dent anywhere how much do you think i could get for it if i actually put on the full ww rs kit that i have sitting in my room and painted the car black (im thinkin nighthawk black pearl) and put some 15' rota's on it? (i have all this stuff just layin around im just to lazy to do anything).
what do you guys think i should get for it then, keep in mind brand new kit, paint, rims, and i have a type r valve cover, then what should i get?

what do you mean nicer body? did it just have paint or somethin? there are no dents at all in this body, it had one in the fender but i got that replaced thats what called for the primer cause the kit was one color and the fender was another and the rest of the car was another so i thought primer looked better than 3 tone. but seriously if i put the kit on and painted it and put the rims on how much do you think i could get then, the only problem is i might not want to sell it once i finally have it lookin nice again.

 

I would have said 4 grand considering the B16 rexes around here. But i'm suprised to hear people saying that they've seen them going for $1500 to $2200! Where can I find a B16 hatch for that price?

Is your rex running? Are there other problems that i'm not aware of?

I just had a baby, and I miss my ITR, I've been driving a hokey civic hatch STD, and I was going to go ahead and do a B16 swap into it, but if theres one for sale for around $2000 on the east coast I'm game for a roadtrip.

IMO is not worth painting the car, putting the full kit and rims. Sell the kit and rims and save yourself the money for the paint job, thats how youll get the most money out of it. Unless you do the paint yourself

 

i dont know how people get these really nice deals (1500-2300)
that is the average pricing on BONE STOCK 89-91 civics and CRX's.

i think that ur set up is pretty nice. i can see that u put alot of work and money into it already. (even the b16 alone is worth 1500).
i say ur car is worth 4G's US.

like the other guy said, dont put all this new stuff on the car (kit, paint, rims).
just sell them separately and u'll make alot more.

im trying to sell my pretty much stock car for 4G CDN... that is about 2500 US.
that price was averaged out with all the other 1991 civics in my city.
in toronto, any 4thgen civic / rex with a B16 swap + kit is selling for 7-12G's CDN.
kinda over-priced.... but u get the idea.

btw, ur interior is unique. its different.. i dont mind it

 

i want to thank everyone for all your help, i was thinkin that 2g was a little low also considering they sell for really high here for some reason, and ive had 2 people offer me 5 grand cash but that wa before i thought i wanted to sell it

 

you will never get what you want on honda-tech...your better off selling it on ebay b/c everyone on here wont give u nething. your car is deff. worth more then 2 grand. your better off posting it on a website and just take some offers because all the people in this thread have their cars and if it has a body kit...deduct 1 grand...the car isnt bad...throw some paint on it and you should deff. get like 3500 somewhere else. good luck

 

i thought you were'nt selling it? it has a for sale sign in the window and your last post said "before i thought about selling it". swapped cars range from 4000 to 7000 in houston. i think you could get more than 2 grand most definitely.

$3500 is what id give since it is spray primered. You can tell it is uneven and would need to be sanded off in order for new paint to stick well. I also think you did a horrible job shaving the side moldings you can see its wavy even with primer. Kits dont realy make it worth any more. Wheels would help sell it. I think most people here say its worth 2g's cause they can or some think they can get a b-series swaped in their car for less. Most likely its worth from 3-4g's maybe 5 if it had nice paint. The kit and wack interior is gonna make it harder to sell since it seems most people dont like kits or crazy interior. Good Luck selling I wouldnt take less than $3000

 

lol i was waiting for someone to ask about the side moldings, i went out of town for the weekend and my friend thought he would do me a favor and shave it he did a realy shitty job and i took the pic with the crap he used in but ive since took all that crap out of the molding so the door is stock now

 

if u put that full ww kit on it, and it was molded on very clean, so it actually fit perfect. painted it with the rims... put the itr valve cover on it... and clean the hell out of the engine bay and interior.... probably get about $4500 or so. maybe more, maybe less, depending on who bought it. but i think you would be better to sell the rims, other kit, save the $$ for paint... sell what you can seperate... you'll get more money, and save yourself the time and work.

or you might get it done and love it...
