I wanna paint my 5th gen's sideskirts and front+rear lips to match the body color of the car(frost white). I also wanna paint the LX wheelcovers white since I cant afford to get rims just yet . How do I go about doing these things?

 

I have mind painted in my Integra. I suggest taking it to a bodyshop and have them do it. I've seen some people spray paint theirs and it looks really ghetto.

You take them to a body shop and ask them to paint it. If you really want to paint it yourself then you will need to go to an automotive paint store and get the paint and ask for everything needed. You will need a paint gun a air compressor to hook to the paint gun sand paper to clean up any scratches and some time to do it. That is just an overview so that is not everything. My advice to you is to take it to a shop and have them do it, because it will not cost alot and they will most likely do a better job than you will.

 

it's not the paint or material you use.
spray can could look ******* good if proper prep works and skilled painter.
picking the right material also is the key.
you can pick up oem color matched paint can online.
what grit of sand paper, how many layer, flexilible primer, clear coat, etc.

 

cost about 65 bucks for prep/paint/clearcoat for a lip(cousin's prelude Wingswest front lip)

 

exactly...you can make it look good using spray, the more time you spend preping it the better it will look. dont rush it.. and dont forget the flexible primer or have a flex additive put in if you buy from an auto paint store, this will help with cracking

 

get some chrome wheel covers from wal*mart...if i didn't have 17"s i'd roll on those...bling bling

 

Go to a body shop and do it right.
