looks like to me that its a 90-91 crx HF cluster, since the hf is the economy car i would assume that they put the redline at 5 so people would shift sooner

I am 100% positive that it is a 90-91 hf cluster. Ryan

PS, see the shift light outlined. Hf is the only one with a shift light. If you have a 90 or 91 it will work, it just has a different readline, you could always swap them(the tach). Ryan

What a lot of people dont realize is that a lot of parts between the Si and the DX are the same. The DX and Si cluster are the same unless your dealing with an automatic DX cluster which then has the gear selector on it other than that they are the same. Oh but I believe that there might be some DX clusters that dont have a tach either. But as for the ones from a 5 spd with a tach they are the same thing as the Si's gauge cluster.

Yeah, it's from a CRX HF, but I'm not certain on what year.

in my old 92 ctr powered cx hatch, it had a 6200 redline, but the fuel shutoff was at 8200 (gsr ecu) and i'd bust that bitch all the way till it pegged out the tach then shift...people always got a kick out of that

I agreen but it IS a 90-91 CRX HF cluster. Notice the top of the cluster is round. That's the way to tell if it's 90-91 or 88-89. 88-89 is boxy.

My minorly built up b16a loves to hit the bottom of the cluster casingwith the tach needle when I take the autometer to 9k

I need to get a video of me going through the gears and the car never coming below the 6500 stock red line. It's cool
