Acura hit something with my car again
I got an oil change and inspection today. I came out and didn't notice anything because my car was kind of dirty. I saw a mark but passed it off as dirt.
I took my car to the car wash and washed away all the dirt and found a scratch. Now I remember hearing my car's exhaust noise and then someone yelling "WHOA WHOA" from the waiting room. Thats when the mechanic must have hit something with my car.
I called the dealership and they just gave me some lines a laywer wrote and them memorized. Is there anythign I can do?

I'd find out who drove my car, **** in their car, and call it even
Technically there is probably nothing you can do. They have all kinds of insuarances against that sort of thing. Signs on the walls, waivers... Tire place did the same sort of thing once. There was nothing I could do...

report the damage to your insurance company and let them hack it out with the dealer. or you could first threaten to do this and see if the dealership will hook it up. if the service rep won't help, talk to the service manager, if he/she won't help, talk to the general manager.
There most certainly is something you can do, and they are liable for damage.
It would have been much easier if you hadn't left with the car though. Get your lawyer friend, or your friend's lawyer friend to write them a letter and they'll change their tune.
You will never get anything accomplished over the phone. Going back in person might be enough to sway them.

Anytime I have anything done to my car as far as service goes, especially if I'm waiting on it. I stand near my car everytime it's moved. I've even threatened physical violence on one shop if I ever caught them even taking my car for a test drive. If they want to test it to see how's it's running then always make sure your riding in the car. Just a few ideas for future.
