screw - Spoiler is listed in GSR section. That would make it GSR spoiler. I have access to ITR spoiler, but price will obviously be higher.

There are 2 red wires which are joined by square metal connector w/ round hole in center. I can get actual photo if you need one.

wow man YOU are fuggin nuts... or a cheapskate. that steering wheel is in mint conditon, hard to find, AND airbag equipped so you wont lose insurance coverage.

Here are answers for all of you:

screw - I haven't really looked into pricing for ITR spoiler yet. I'll get photo over weekend along w/ my asking price. Just check back later. If you have wing from Integra LS, GS, or GSR, I'd be willing to do trade + cash.

jdm - Rear swaybar won't work on your HB unless you also get arms. You'll pretty much need to change entire rear suspension, so it's better that you look for 99-00 Civic Si swaybar. Price I listed includes shipping to continental US.

92hb - W/ 300+ posts, I assume you're not new to JDM Honda scene. These steering wheels go for between $400-600 used.
