Looks like a 94 Prelude but I could be mistaken.

yeah, it is a 94 prelude cluster. I say that is probably might be vtec because that is what h22's usually redline at.

it's a 92 or 93 cuz in 94 you couldn't see the numbers unless the car was on. (I'm pretty sure of this anyways)

93 lude cluster 94 you cant see numbers and in 92 it was the other style ludes.

92 jdm prelude cluster.. I have one sitting right next to me.. to use it in a prelude you have to extend some wires to the opposite side
