Where to buy AutoPower bolt in Street Roll Bar?
As the title says... where can I buy an Autopower bolt in street roll bar? Anyone know? Also anyone have any experience with this bar?
Thanks in advance.....
Thanks in advance.....
I don't know if anyone locally actually carries them.
However, I/O Port seems to pretty much have a direct line to AutoPower. http://www.ioportracing.com/

But thats the race bar and not the street bar....... are there not much differences?
Did you notice a huge difference with the bar? Tell me your thoughts....

I have the street bar in one of my CRXs, but no pics.
Basic difference would seem to be that there is no horizontal bar onto which the harness would be mounted, and no diagonal bar.
They've got some basic pics on the I/O site under products, then roll bars.
oh, thoughts ... probably won't help chasis stiffness much unless you get a full cage.
btw -- I've got one of the 4 pt. harness guide bars on the way from speedware (nice looking brushed stainless), and since it mounts to the seat belt points it shouldn't f#$% up the interior. http://www.speedwaremotorsports.com/

As I recall the person that had this harness guide bar said he was surprised at how it stiffened up the car.

my opinon... get the racer with the removable bars, you'll be getting the best of both worlds.... I'm not to into the camra/harness bar, the full set up seems that it would help stiffen up the car alot more.... wait for the write up, then make a descion...

I concur that the harness bar does not provide rollover protection, and may even be a problem in that "eventuality"!?
