lowering springs for my R
can anyone tell me which lowering springs should i get for my 98 R..... i'm not sure what to get this week for my R
save up and buy REAL coil overs, or buy a sufficient suspension set up (bilstein/koni shocks and XXX springs [rates that match the dampening]).
i like my spoon springs quite a bit. great drop and great ride quality.
the car seems to have picked up a bit over understeer though, so i'm adding a bigger rear swaybar to negate the effect.

i've heard of people having problems getting an even drop with the koni/spoon combo. in my opinion, the bilsteins are the way to go.
I have both H&R's sports and Tein S-Tech's on my ITR. Out of the two I would get the Tein S-Tech's becuase the H&R sports are too soft for my tastes. I felt like the Tein S-Tech's imporoved stock handling capabilities with little sacrifice to ride characteristics. If you are just going for a lower look and don't plan on tracking the car then get the H&R sports.
