Oil Feed...is this correct....wait I can fit the stock oil sensor on...****!!!! where else can I put that Greddy Oil pressure sender

Oil Feed to Turbo and feed from block...what am I doing wrong? The silver piece to the block looks like it takes a tapered piece....

Oil Return

Oil Return from turbo

Oil Return to Oil Pan with bung....

I had a hell of a time trying to get that damn SS line in...how much does it have to go in?...and damn it won't screw in any further...what am I doing wrong?

i think the server has gone through some maintenance...the damn search isn't working....cmon guys...you know this..you all run this on your car....wasabi?
the second set of pictures you posted is correct. as for the oil-return line, in layman's terms, you need to place the blue part of the fitting in a vise while you turn the red part of the fitting with a wrench. tighten until there is a tiny little gap between the blue & the red parts.
Well I looked at the pieces again and tried to figure this thing out....follow my logic...and somebody PLEASE help me out!

Jonny, you have everything lined up correctly, use a teflon tape on all connection from brass fitting to the aluminum BSPT to NPT adapter
-on the oil return line, use a masking tape to cut the hose, use a fine teeth on the hack saw or dremel.
-apply a bit of motor oil on the lines and the red fitting.
- insert the SS hose to the red fitting, until the top of the SS hose reaches the bottom part of the threaded part on the red fitting.
- mark the SS hose to where it meets the edge of the red fitting, if it slide further you have an idea on how far it slides on the red fitting
- insert the blue fitting by screwing it on and watch the mark you had made earlier on the SS hose, if it goes far by 1/16" you're fine, if not, try it again.
I gave you twice as long SS hose just in case you mess it up in the first try, you can re-cut and try again, make sure when you sut the SS hose, you don't frayed the braided part, otherwise, you have to cut again

use a teflon tape on the connection, the silver threaded part will thread in all the way into the block. For the brass to the BSPT to NPT adapter, put the BSPT to NPT adapter on a vise, then apply teflon tape on the brass end, then screw it on the bspt to NPT adapter

woot woot.....major thumbs up for Stan....if anybody needs the oil feed/return kit....Stan has a great customer service and product.....I vouch for him for shizzle!!!!
Am I right in saying then that the silver piece that goes to the oil pan must be drilled from the inside out.. meaning threaded part on outside of pan and the flat side in the inside... weld the outside and thats it...
yup you drill at the highest point of the oil pan...in between bolts remember...and weld the aluminum piece to the pan....i'm tig welding mine...but the weld is up to you
I have my oil pressure sensor on where the oil feed like goes and the oil feed where the oil pressure sensor would go ( by going off the pics ) does it matter where the oil feed or oil sensor plug go on the tee?

How many lines can you run or T's before you start to lose oil pressure? Or can oil travel as far as you run it and not lose any pressure and still be sufficient. I ask because im going to be running a line off the sandwich plate maybe to a T or a manifold. and the line will be a foot long. thanks for any help.
If you run a straight line out of the block to a tee, you can do up to 4-5 ports and still maintain a good pressure..
There's only 4 at the very most,
Turbo feed, LSVTEC, Oil pressure gauge and stock oil pressure sender.

it would help although not really neccesary, instead of running a sandwich adapter, Id recommend you running a single line to the firewall and install the tee there for as many as you need.

Why would you rather go with a line to a T over the sandwich plate? i was thinking about running the sandwich plate to a manifold because i dont feel like messing around with that tight little space behind the block. We'll see though.
