For the front just crank down the torsions. The lower you go the worse the ride but its simple to do. For the rear a lot of companies make springs and coilover kits for them.

Check out http://opmmotorsports.com/ . They have some pretty good stuff for 84-87 Civic/CRX's.

I had Ground Control coilovers on the rear and they rode good. I had Tokico HP's all around also which helped out the front end ride a lot. Definitely invest in good struts if youre going to lower the front. I wanted to get some a little better than the Tokicos when i had the '87 but i never changed them out.

Take a 17mm socket and adjust the torsion bar nut, buy tightening and loosening
you raise and lower the front suspension. You can only lower so much, so don't
go too low or you'll bottom out like crazy. Also your tires will wear without an
aligment after you're done. Once you adjust the nut to desired height, shake the
car a bit before you hit the road.

You can get a set of rear used 1G Integra springs and cut two coils.

That is probably the cheapest way. The proper way will run you a bit of cash, but
will be completely worth it. Koni adjustable shocks, Ground Control coilovers,
27mm torsion bars, adjustable camber plates, adjustable panhard bar, swaybars,
poly bushings, etc, etc.

also does anyone know where to buy any performance parts for them.
You can check out www.redpepperracing.com/forums/ a forum for 1G
CRX/3G Civics. These guys sell alot of parts for these cars, plus there is alot of
us there that tinker with 1Gs and talk about it.

Hope that helps, j
