Default AEM dyno gains

Thought I would share with you guys. Dropped off my car last thursday for the V2 testing. 94 ex coupe 5-speed. Trust SP exhaust and DC 4-2-1 header. Stock intake 128.8 @ 5500. 134.8 with AEM CAI @ 5500 and 137.6 V2 @ 5500. Pretty impressive if you ask me. should be able to pick up this friday. I guess they usually take 2 weeks but on the 5th gen the hole for the underneath air box is large enough to accomodate the 3 1/2 or 4 inch tubing required for the V2. Otherwise they usually have to fabricate something.

I wonder if I should wait on buying a generic CAI for when they produce a Generic V2-style

Or, perhaps I could make one.....anyone have pictures of the accord one?

from what AEM told me, the piping is actually 2 1/2 all the way through however the V2 has 3 1/2 or 4 inch piping around this diameter (2 1/2 piping). The whole purpose is to have the waves of air bounce off the walls so the frequencies are smaller yet faster.

Cool, I'd be a lot more interested to see torque gains, Thanks.
