As you know VA emissions are very strict. The scores go directly to dmv via computer when done with the emissions.

I was so worried that my car would never pass inspection because it ran so rich. For those of you guys that don't know, i'm running a greddy turbo with hondata.
Anyways, while i was waiting for my inspection, i kept my car running to keep the cat hot and also with my adjustable fuel pressure regulator i dropped the fuel pressure from 39psi to 18psi.
Results were awesome, my car ran cleaner then a stock civic!!!!

haha. okay now i dont have to worry about this for antoher 2 years. So if you guys are running something similer this is the way to pass emissions. Get a adjustable fpr.
