coolant line on the back of the block?

coolant line on the back of the block?
i tried this question in the integra forum with no response. maybe you guys can help me out.
need help with the coolant lines on a 94 GSR motor.
i know where the two fatty radiator hoses go and i know where all the smaller lines go.
i know that one of the heater core lines goes to the medium nipple at the front of the block.
so that leaves three medium size coolant nipples on the back of the motor to deal with...one goes to the heater core and i think the other two just connect.
where does the one on the thermo housing go?
where does the one on the back of the intake mani go?
where does the one under the intake mani go?
