Default Help with Sparkplugs

I just did an engine shampoo yesterday, same as usual, but as soon as i took her out for a spin I noticed that the car was missing. I pulled all the plugs and noticed that there was water and condensation in one of the sparkplug holes. I tried cleaning it off but its still missing. I'm assuming a tiny bit of water may have gotten in when i was rinsing the engine off. Any ideas how to get rid of this problem??

Just take the plugs out and remove the distributor cap and let it dry out.

Thanks but I've driven the car almost 25 miles since this started happening. Shouldn't it have dried out by now with the engine heat??
