What should I be seeing on my fuel pressure gauge and oil pressure?

I don't know what is normal for good fuel pressure. Mine is usually idling around 38-40psi of fuel pressure when I start the car, it usually rises the more I step on the gas.
Anyway, I just want to know what is the ideal amount of fuel pressure at a given rpm. How much is too much, and how low is too low.. You know.. things like that.
In that sense also.. What should I ALSO be seeing on my OIL PRESSURE guage as well? I think it's idles around 10 psi or so, and also rises as I'm harder on the gas. Let me know what is ideal at a given RPM.
Thanks!

Ummm....helllooo ??? What car ??? hahaha.... don't want to assume...
Stock pressure on the following with hose disconnected/pinched.
Civic : 38-47psi
Teg LS: 40-47psi
Teg C1/C5: 47-55psi
If your FPR is functioning properly, pressure will rise with rpm.
At idle, 10psi of oil pressure is just fine, increasing w/ rpm

for H22's they want like 50psi of oil pressure at 3,000rpms....its in the helms, i think those numbers are right. When its cold my pressure goes to like 90 but once warmed up its spikes to 70psi then a regulator kicks in and it sits at 60psi or so at WOT.
holy chit thats high. have to get my gauge on mine, just to see what mines at.
holly 255lph. fuel pump. i know i'm rinning rich....

my h23 gets about 40 oil pressure on the interstate.. damn turbo supply line took off about 5 psi.

I will be driving the car again later today, i will make notes of how high my psi is in my pressure of fuel and oil.
Edit: Civic DX, LX, EX is 40-47psi stock not 38-47. Si was more i believe 43-50 or so.
*An Si (DOHC) has the same expected fuel pressure as a GSR/ITR.
Actually, the fuel pressure goes up as "vacuum" decreases, up to static pressure. Because the pressure spring inside the fpr will press tighter against the diaphragm with less vacuum. However, if it's a 1:1 rise rate fpr, and you are FI, then the boost pressure in the intake manifold will push the diaphragm even tighter against the fuel flow in the fuel return port to further increase an additional psi of fuel per psi of boost.
What are the details of the fuel system you are running, Snafu ?
Stock fuel pressure on 440's will be too high. Has the hondata been tuned ? The tuner should have set your fuel pressure.

Honda FPRs are all 1:1 ratio.
The best bet is to get a true 1:1 regulator that was designed to see boost and is also equipped to flow large amounts of fuel. The stock FPR has a tiny return line which causes high line pressure with any aftermarket pump.

... Uh.. guys,
My fuel pressure is around 35psi. Sometimes it's at around 38-40, but most of the time, it's at 35psi. .. Is there something wrong? Is there a place in which I should take a look? Or am I okay? I mean, I don't know if having a turbo or anything would have a effect on it.
Let me know.

If it's about 35 psi at idle, it should show about 45 psi at 0 psi/0" and then 1 psi more for every psi of boost. Ie, if you have 8 psi of boost, your fuel pressure should show 53 psi.
It will be hard to see small changes unless you have a full sweep fuel pressure gauge.
The fuel pressure should definitely rise/fall with manifold pressure though.
