The stuff will NEVER rust. The exhuast gasses flow better with thermal coating.
I sent a bunch of stuff off to Jet-Hot and my stuff will be delivered next week. I can post before and after pics if you want. Warning though, it aint cheap but IMO, do it right the first time. Check out www.jet-hot.com

I have used jet hot several times and they rank as one of the best places to deal with. Their quality and finish is amazing and they have super fast turn around. I wish I could post a pic of my manifold with sterling silver coating, it looks awsome.

From what I heard coating a turbine housing is good because it holds in heat (which turbines tend to like)

every thing in my engine bay is jet hotted , even my shift ****, it looks good, you should have jet hot 2000, for anything over 1600 degrees...

I did everything Jet-Hot 2000 black coating. Anything turbo related should be done in the 2000 coating. IMO

Ladysman.. What did it cost you to have those pieces done in the 2000 finish?
I am looking to have my manifold and turbine housing done also that is the reason I ask.

All of these pieces was $250 with the return shipping and handling to me. It ain't cheap but the quality is unmatched.

Anti-Crack, here is the link to www.jet-hot.com where I got these done.
