I am thrilled, as I finally have my ITR back after almost 6 months away. For those who don't remember, in early October I discovered at 50mph that the Mobil station that changed my oil (I know, I'm lazy) accidentally double gasketed the oil filter. This incredible loss of oil at 5k rpms ruined my cams and head, so off to Sgt the car went for the works. Trying to keep this short, I think the list below will explain everything:
Car before incident: short ram intake, DC JDM header, carsound cat, v-afc.
Car as I got it back today: All of the above, plus Toda Spec B's, Toda Cam gears, Toda valve springs, Portflow ti retainers, Portflow ported and polished head, aem fuel rail, RC 310 injectors, PE timing belt, CTR .25 overbore pistons, all new bearings, fidanza flywheel, ACT HDSS clutch, JDM final drive gear, Hondata fuel management. Probably forgot something, but you get the point.
Even w/ the cams set at 0,0 for break-in, the car is insane. I know I forgot what stock felt like after all these months, but I do know it was nothing like this. I know Sgt might laugh at this, but I think it is quite fast considering there has been no tuning. Post tuning should be very interesting.....
Thanks to the following: Sgt for building it and putting up w/ me, Tom at Portflow for a great job on the head and for rushing it to me, and most of all the the Mobil station, that thanks to their incompetence paid for almost all of this.
Can't wait until expo, see you there. BTW, if so inclined, let me know what you think if this setup. I think you can guess how I feel about it.
x 1000.

Glad you got it back just in time for the awesome weather! See ya on the road up to EXPO. I'll try to get a lil meet together before if I can.

reason it feels so strong is that you have shorter gearing and the b's have big lobes the whole way. you'll notice when you hit vtec there isnt much gained and its not as violent compared to other cams...that the nice thing about having cams with 11,12,11mm lift profiles...look for around 190-200whp, but you really need to change out that header to at least a toda header

Though I still think some of your oil is still on the hill going to International

Woah sounds like a serious motor there...and most of it was paid for Mobil? Glad things worked out so well for you.
Sounds like fun.
I'm surprised SGT used 310cc injectors on your car - he usually opts for 440s
I'm interested in seeing your dyno slip once you get it tuned.

Thanks for all the positive responses guys, I am having trouble staying out of the car after all those months away. What's even better is that the weather is finally getting nice. Can't wit to dyno and join the "lumpy idle" club (of course w/ Steve tuning that might not be an issue, lol).
Ed-Good luck, I know your motor is ready, so as soon as the tranny problems are fixed you should be good to go. I know you'll be busy showing off at the expo, so I'll wait until a Rockville meet for my ride in the turbo monster
.
As for the 310's, they are definetly sufficient for my application (despite Steve's belief that there is "no such thing as too big" when referring to injectors).
And as for the dyno requests, they will be posted here as soon as I get them.
